About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate , you’ll play a key role in our recruiting efforts in Egypt, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent. Your mission : find the brightest talent across our non-tech divisions (eg : Risk, Collections, Compliance, Marketing, etc.). You’ll develop tailored sourcing strategies, engage with candidates, and build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Source & Engage : Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events to find and engage top talent.
- Interview & Assess : Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build Pipelines : Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
- Brand Ambassador : Help promote our employer brand in Egypt to attract top talent.
- Stay Ahead : Keep up with industry trends and best practices to refine our recruitment process.
- Team Projects : Contribute to Talent Acquisition team projects to build the world’s best recruitment function.
- Closing Candidates : Prepare and extend job offers, and coordinate onboarding with the HR team.
- Recruitment Metrics : Monitor and report on progress and effectiveness.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Egypt.Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (eg : LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).Ability to manage multiple roles effectively. Organized with strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills. Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and keep candidates engaged.Team player attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for people.Fluent English is a must.Experience analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies is a plus.Benefits
