Job Purpose The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. The recruiter stays updated on the requirements of various roles within the company and acts as an advocate for both new and existing employees. Key Result Areas Identify the nature of recruitment (Replacement or New Joiner). Ensure new candidates are aligned with the same group of position (Salary, benefits) as existing staff to avoid structural gaps. Cover all areas (Corporate or Operations) with the necessary workforce within the recruitment budget. Prepare job descriptions in collaboration with line managers for required positions. Post job ads and headhunt through various job portals. Coordinate with recruitment agencies to receive CVs of candidates. Screen, filter, and select qualified candidates for interviews with management. Conduct interviews and communicate feedback to restaurant or corporate managers as needed. Collect necessary documents from candidates and verify their legal status to ensure eligibility. Follow up with line managers for feedback on candidate trials within deadlines. Provide offer letters to candidates once approved by the restaurant or hiring managers. Recruit candidates through manpower agencies, both local and overseas. Handle employment visa documentation with HR Admin and PRO, and monitor visa status weekly. Ensure all new candidates receive their uniforms and name tags if applicable. Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners before their start date. Create new files for all new joiners and generate joining reports in the database. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and the finance department regarding candidate payments for sponsored employees. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Degree Basic knowledge of administrative workflows Ability to monitor documents and files as per standards Capacity to work under pressure and handle monotonous tasks with high qualification and skills Good knowledge of F&B operations Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and general legal framework Well organized with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional knowledge of HR filing workflows is preferred.
