We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive

Talent Acquisition Lead

to lead our efforts in attracting, assessing, and onboarding early-career talent. This is a high-impact role focused on building talent pipelines, partnering with universities, and optimizing the hiring journey for fresh graduates and key commercial roles. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with strong recruitment experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Responsibilities

Lead efforts to attract, assess, and onboard early-career talent. Build and manage talent pipelines for fresh graduates and strategic commercial roles. Partner with universities and academic programs to establish and grow graduate hiring pipelines and strategic partnerships. Optimize the end-to-end hiring journey to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and quality of hire. Qualifications

Saudi national with strong recruitment experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in university partnerships or early-career hiring is preferred.
