This is an exciting opportunity to take a busy International Airport to the next level. Role reports to the Chief Executive with 7 senior direct reports. Drive aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue by identifying new business opportunities, implementing plans, and managing new deals from initiation to closure.

• Duties and Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the planned expansion / growth areas and geographies in alignment with company strategy and civil aviation strategic framework. Develop and manage marketing strategy, policies, and processes for aeronautical & non-aeronautical revenue streams within the airports. Conduct business intelligence and market analysis activities in support of non-aeronautical service development activities. Conduct revenue growth analysis to identify new areas of revenue that can be developed and / or, strategies for growing existing revenue streams. Develop and implement all business development plans to drive aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue from the following priority sources of revenue : Advertising, retail, duty free and concessions Transportation and Parking Regularly review existing contracts with customers to ensure that contracts remain value-for-money for the airport and develop new contracts as required, with support from Legal. Develop and manage relationships with existing customers to maintain and grow revenue streams and ensure the appropriate support services are provided to the customers (e.g., from maintenance). Manage negotiation and servicing of all leases within the airport. Monitor and regulate price levels for all third-party businesses, ensuring that they are compliant with national regulations and agreed price list. Investigate complaints of commercial fraud in the airport to check if contractual terms have been breached, and manage P.R. risk. Stakeholders Relationship. Key internal & external relationships :
