Associate Consultant – Tax Advisory

Job descriptionFile Zakat, Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax returns for clients. Assist clients in preparing and submitting replies to tax assessments. Recommend tax strategies aligned with business objectives. Stay updated on evolving tax laws and regulations across GCC countries. Client Advisory, Planning & Support Communicate with clients to resolve tax‑related issues. Coordinate with clients on e‑invoicing matters in KSA. Support the corporate finance team in reviewing Zakat and VAT components in financial models. Aid in tax due diligence processes. Prepare Transfer Pricing reports including Local and Master Files. Conduct data gathering and required analyses for transfer pricing reports. Liaise with clients to collect necessary data and resolve queries. Reporting & Communication Undertake all other tax‑related assignments and projects as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated abilities in Excel. The ability to develop strong working relationships and maintain the work ethics. Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation. Ability to stick to time constraints. Understanding of GCC Tax Laws. Experience of statutory audit will be a plus. Bachelor’s with ACCA / CA (Finalist) 3 – 5 years relevant experience in the top audit firms.
Role Purpose
Insights Research & Advisory is looking for a Tax Associate Consultant for our International and Corporate Transformation Tax team. We are seeking an individual with a diverse tax and business consulting background, and keen to provide value‑added tax and consulting services to our GCC based clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Tax Compliance & Filing
Obtain and verify client data related to VAT and Withholding Tax.
Respond to clients’ regular queries regarding tax matters.
Deliver relevant reports to management and other stakeholders as needed.
