The Mobility Specialist – Investor Relations is responsible for managing the full visa lifecycle for company investors, partners, and high-profile guests. This includes processing, issuing, and tracking investor visas, liaising with government authorities, and ensuring a smooth and professional visa experience that reflects the organization’s reputation. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with investors and overseas visa agents to facilitate efficient service and compliance with all relevant laws and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for investors, company partners, and VIPs (Premium Residency, entry, residency, renewals, and exit visas).
- Ensure all visa applications meet the requirements of the PR Center.
- Maintain accurate visa and immigration records in line with Saudi regulations.
- Verify and prepare documentation such as invitation letters, chamber attestations, investment certificates, and sponsorship approvals.
- Monitor visa validity dates and proactively initiate renewals to avoid lapses.
Investor Relations & Support
Act as the primary point of contact for all investor visa inquiries.Provide personalized support to investors during their visit, coordinating with internal departments for logistics, travel, and accommodations.Manage communications with embassies, consulates, and Saudi missions abroad to ensure smooth visa issuance.Ensure investors receive a seamless and professional experience aligned with the Bayut’s brand and values.Agency & Government Coordination
Build and maintain relationships with accredited overseas visa agents, legal offices, and government representatives.Liaise with PR Center and other authorities to facilitate approvals, exemptions, and documentation for investors.Ensure compliance with all Saudi investment and immigration policies.Negotiate and evaluate performance of overseas visa service providers and agencies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Reporting & System Management
Maintain an updated visa tracker and generate weekly / monthly reports on visa status, processing timelines, and costs.Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for faster visa turnaround.Handle sensitive data and documents with confidentiality and integrity.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or a related field.Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in GR.Proven experience dealing with investors or VIPs _ If available.Strong knowledge of Saudi visa regulations, e-visa platforms, and digital platforms.Experience coordinating with embassies, consulates, and overseas visa agents.Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).Core Competencies
