Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented
IT Support Engineer

Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (phone, email, ticketing system) Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment Escalate unresolved cases, document issues / resolutions, and support onboarding / offboarding Contribute to IT projects, ensure compliance, and follow up to confirm resolution Requirements
Proven IT support experience with Windows / macOS, networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, Office 365, and remote tools Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; teamwork ability Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) Preferred certifications : CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation Added value : knowledge of scripting / automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) Additional information
