IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
• Ensure IT security by implementing and monitoring antivirus, firewalls, and backups.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware / software procurement and support.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
• Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and best practices.
• Assist in upgrading systems and implementing new technologies.
