Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer / IT Coordinator to join our team at Leylaty Group in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure and hospitality applications across the restaurant, catering services, and warehouse. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in networks, security systems, and user support, with a solid background in hospitality IT applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Systems Implementation
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, data room, and servers.
- Implement and support surveillance systems (CCTV) and security access control solutions.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, stable, and aligned with company policies.
- User Support & Operations
- Provide daily technical support for end-users, resolving IT tickets promptly.
- Support restaurant operations, catering business, and warehouse IT systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of POS systems, booking platforms, and hospitality applications.
- Applications & Platforms
- Manage and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory (AD), and ADFS.
- Administer and troubleshoot Oracle Symphony POS, Oracle Sales & Catering, and other hospitality-related applications.
- Collaborate with central IT for system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Network & Security
- Monitor and maintain firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and IT policies.
- Support VPN and secure connectivity between branches and data centers.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and inventories.
- Report regularly to IT management on support status, incidents.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.3 To 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry .Strong knowledge of Windows platforms, AD, ADFS, networking, and IT security .Hands-on experience with Oracle Symphony POS and Oracle Sales & Catering is a strong advantage.Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and hospitality applications .Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.Team player with a customer service mindset.Preferred Certifications
