Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users on various IT issues including software, hardware, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
• Document all technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in IT support.
