Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to users Monitor network performance and security Collaborate on IT projects and implement system upgrades Ensure data backup, system reliability, and cybersecurity compliance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong problem-solving and communication skills Basic knowledge of networks, databases, and system security Passion for tech innovation and sustainable digital practices Familiarity with cloud systems or IT certifications is a plus (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) Seniority level
