Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (phone, email, ticketing system)
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
- Escalate unresolved cases, document issues / resolutions, and support onboarding / offboarding
- Contribute to IT projects, ensure compliance, and follow up to confirm resolution
Requirements
Proven IT support experience with Windows / macOS, networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, Office 365, and remote toolsStrong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; teamwork abilityExperience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)Preferred certifications : CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL FoundationAdded value : knowledge of scripting / automation tools (e.g., PowerShell)Additional information
