Driving revenue growth
by identifying new opportunities, building strong government client relationships, and delivering tailored ITC solutions. Ensures alignment with client needs and regulations, collaborates with internal teams, tracks performance, and provides proactive support to achieve KPIs and maximize client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Ensure the successful achievement and surpassing of revenue and KPI targets specific to the government sector. Actively generate new business by identifying and developing opportunities within government entities through phone outreach, site visits, and participation in government-focused events. Prepare and present tailored proposals that address the unique requirements of government clients, ensuring alignment with their regulations and specific needs. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government clients, actively understanding their priorities and aligning ITC\'s solutions with their operational goals. Work closely with the presales team to assess and address technical requirements specific to government clients, ensuring all specifications are met to secure successful sales. Accurately document and report on all sales activities, including order tracking, service delivery updates, client engagements, and promotional efforts for the sales operations team. Proactively promote and communicate ITC’s services and solutions, ensuring they are aligned with the unique needs and demands of government clients. Archive, manage, and update customer data throughout the sales cycle. Ensure all government client needs are fully addressed by delivering tailored ITC solutions that align with their strategic and operational requirements. Stay updated on government regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities within the government sector. Qualifications
BSc. or equivalent work experience 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant fields Job Details
