Job Summary :
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by managing key client accounts and acquiring new high-value customers. with deep experience in selling IT solutions and services to enterprise and mid-market clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and a strong track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, usage, and expansion opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Forecast sales metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Mentor junior sales team members as needed
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in IT solutions, systems integration, or managed servicesProven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales quotasStrong consultative selling skills and a customer-centric approachStrong understanding of modern IT environments—Data Management, cloud (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software.Preferred Skills :
Experience with selling to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makersExperience in Specific Sector Like, (FSI, PIF, Oil & Gaz,…).
