Overview

Nasoft is hiring for one of our clients, a specialized E-commerce and Digital Marketing company serving the Gulf markets. We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist who is passionate about generating new business opportunities and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries who need digital marketing services, such as eCommerce solutions, social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Present the company\'s services to prospective clients and clearly demonstrate how these services can help grow their business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to gather feedback, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities or additional services.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to increase the company\'s client base and revenue.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their marketing needs and offer tailored digital solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity within the digital marketing and eCommerce space.
  • Represent the company at business events, networking opportunities, and marketing exhibitions to promote services and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including content, design, and advertising to ensure successful delivery of services meeting client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing agency experience.
  • KSA & GCC experience.
  • Solid experience selling e-commerce websites.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex business concepts into easy-to-understand strategies and tasks.
  • Excellent networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
