Meet or exceed monthly sales and renewal goals.
Conduct professional tours of the club to showcase key features.
Make daily outbound calls to new leads and prospects as per assigned targets.
Actively motivate leads and clients to visit the club and attend appointments.
Accurately enter client data into the CRM or sales system.
Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion.
Participate in marketing campaigns and community outreach events.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit daily reports on calls, visits, and closed deals.
