Responsibilities
Assess and prioritize identified leads based on their backgrounds
Understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable options
Convey and promote Dar Wa Emaar’s products in a logical manner to turn customers into success partners
Maintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, source marketing channel, etc.
Review sales strategy constantly to ensure target achievement
Follow-up with customers to understand their interest level and possible apprehensions
Inform the customer of the financing options
Reporting
Prepare and submit weekly report on sales activities including number of visits, number of leads served, calls, source marketing channel, etc.
Report the status of all the open sales and recovery status to the line manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field
3+ years of experience in B2C Sales in Real Estate or Banking industry
