We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Development to oversee the development and construction of high-profile real estate projects in Saudi Arabia. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the full project life-cycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion.

Client Details

Our client is a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in the private sector.

Description

Oversee and manage the full development of real estate projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget standards.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities, for seamless project execution.
Monitor compliance with KSA regulations and industry standards, ensuring all legal and safety requirements are met.

Profile

Extensive experience in real estate development and construction, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects.

Minimum of 5-10 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate sector, preferably with exposure to the Saudi Arabian market.

Deep understanding of the real estate development life-cycle, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
