Position Summary : The

Head of Business Solutions

will lead and manage LeaderGroup’s Solutions Sector, overseeing the design, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise software and ERP solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to align technology with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and a successful track record in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute the overall business solutions strategy in line with LeaderGroup’s vision and goals.

Lead, mentor, and develop solution teams, including ERP specialists, software architects, and integration experts.

Drive innovation in solution offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Solution Management

Oversee the lifecycle of business solutions from planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.

Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Manage ERP solution architecture, integrations, and custom developments (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Customer Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Saudi market.

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Lead customer presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.

Operational Excellence

Establish performance KPIs for the Solutions Sector and ensure delivery targets are met.

Collaborate with sales, consulting, and technical teams to design optimal client solutions.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and budgets.

Market & Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and emerging technologies to enhance LeaderGroup’s portfolio.

Represent LeaderGroup at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

10–15 years of experience in business solutions, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong background in software development and ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).

Proven track record in managing complex software and ERP solution projects.

Experience in the Saudi market with strong local business understanding.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
