Job description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead and execute our commercial growth strategy. This critical leadership role will focus on identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and securing contracts that support the company's long-term expansion and success. You will play a hands-on role in shaping the company’s future and scaling its operations

Strong knowledge of the Saudi water infrastructure market and procurement landscape.
Proven experience winning public or private sector contracts
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably in water, utilities, or construction sectors.

Skills

Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities

Understanding of infrastructure project financing and PPP models

Ability to communicate effectively with government agencies, private developers, and internal teams

Knowledge of water treatment, desalination, wastewater, and industrial cooling systems
