Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and manage commercial property and engineering underwriting operations
• Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures
• Lead and develop a team of underwriters and support staff
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and reinsurers
• Analyze and manage portfolio risk, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards
