Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning solutions with business goals. This role requires a commercially driven, tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of the IT services landscape in KSA .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts within the public and private sectors
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and ensure high customer retention
- Prepare tailored proposals and manage the bid process in coordination with technical and sales teams
- Understand client needs and provide consultative solutions aligned with their business strategy
- Track account metrics and provide regular status reports and performance updates to clients and management
- Support pre-sales activities including solution demos and technical discussions as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT services or tech solutions industryProven track record of managing key clients and achieving sales targetsStrong understanding of IT services, and digital transformation projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities with a client-centric approachProficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting toolsFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Seniority level
