build and manage strong client relationships , ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while promoting FAMA’s innovative solutions. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for
selling drive-thru, digital signage, POS, and self-ordering kiosk solutions , consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a
proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment . Responsibilities include

Lead the entire sales cycle Achieve monthly sales objectives Qualify customer needs Negotiate and contract Master demos of our solutions Establish, develop, maintain, and manage relationships with Clients or Business Partners to drive company revenue Learn & demonstrate offerings of organization product & services to potential customers Achieve defined sales targets without failure Demonstrate success working in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks Respond to offering company IT solutions Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional satisfaction Stay at the forefront of industry trends and product knowledge, acting as a subject matter expert in drive-thru technologies and digital signage solutions Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts Must Have
Bachelor Degree or Higher Passion for software products Highly creative and autonomous Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferable Iqama Driving License is Mandatory Nice to have
Experience in managing the full sales cycle Additional languages Strong analytical skills Trainings
