Job descriptionPitch and present furniture rental solutions tailored to client needs. Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Provide timely follow-ups and proactive communication to nurture accounts. Sales Execution Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM. Market Knowledge Participate in networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote company offerings. Provide feedback to management on product and service improvements. You are highly organised with excellent administration skills and flawless attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, event rentals, or hospitality industries. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You take pride in your work and are thorough. You are unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure. You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite. You are a quick learner, willing to grow and develop. You are willing to seize responsibility. You are great with people at all levels. You are a confident and engaging communicator. You are self-motivated and can work effectively as part of a team. You are enthusiastic and contribute genuinely to the LAFEEF culture and good team atmosphere.
