Purpose : We are seeking a skilled Sr. Account Executive to manage key client relationships and drive revenue growth. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers, developing new business, and actively seeking sales opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities : Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates. Understand clients' business needs and objectives. Anticipate client challenges and provide proactive solutions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results, forecasts). Prepare reports on account planning. Qualifications : Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role. Experience with government sector and familiarity with GOV procedures. Experience with Etimad portal. Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level. Experience in SaaS sales, focusing on subscription-based revenue models. Strong understanding of SaaS products and technical communication skills. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Fluent in Arabic and English.
