You’ll be the face of Kenz to our early agency and corporate clients — and a key force in reaching our first $1.6M ARR milestone.

What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle : prospect → qualify → demo → closeTarget Saudi recruitment agencies (5+ recruiters) and corporates (50+ employees or 10+ roles open)Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AI-driven hiring accelerationCollaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and happy clientsProvide market feedback to influence product development and positioningMaintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion, win rate, ARR)3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales in Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of the local hiring landscapeFluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targetsConfident, consultative, and relentlessly resourcefulKanz is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
