Senior Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Managing delivery of technology solutions for continuous business increments for a value stream in the shortest cycle time.

Manage integrations to improve business operations and productivity efficiently.

Secure business requirements implementation with efficient techniques and high-quality standards.

Manage communication with stakeholders to identify improvement areas, presenting multiple alternative plans and solutions.

Coordinate with the project management team to establish processes to secure successful solution delivery.

Lead software development, process re-engineering and end-to-end technical architecture implementations to maximize project outcome and overall performance.

Ensure prioritized projects in program plan with business segment leader and portfolio manager.

Implement Agile Scrum / SAFe principles and processes to handle development and implementation of various solutions.

Implement solutions to reduce costs and maximize return-on-investment (ROI) and ensure they align with strategic objectives.

Demonstrate experience through technical environment availability, code deployment, performance assessment, infrastructure upgrades, access controls, and related activities.

Collaborate with existing and potential clients to develop innovative solutions with desired integrations using all resources.

Initiate offshore delivery for desired applications, systems and transformations.

Track and assess project delivery targets and supervise key resources and priorities during SDLC.

Perform configuration, change, problem, and incident management in accordance with the ITIL framework.

Establish sales channel opportunities with strategic vendors within the marketplace to expand overall offerings.

Manage the offshore support team and enable quick handoff by implementing appropriate documentation and SDLC process.

Conduct awareness sessions to the project team to explain project scope and objectives.

Review all TO BE processes requirement deliverables developed by the Project Architects to ensure end-to-end technical soundness, adherence to the project scope and meeting the customer expectations.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in Computer Science or Engineering

A minimum of 16 years of related experience

5 or more years of experience writing code (e.g., Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net); databases like SQL Server / Oracle; experience with multiple full release cycles

3 or more years in developing solution architecture

Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and methodologies

Advanced in developing and managing large solutions

Expert in Database Concepts

Expert in multi-tier distribution technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and work effectively in a geographically dispersed team

Good demonstrated technical leadership

High-level and low-level design expertise

Expert in software sizing and planning

Expert in multiple business domains and industries

Advanced knowledge of ETOM

Digital acumen and familiarity with modern digital solutions

Passionate about design solutions and comfortable with customization in collaboration with the team or independently to fulfill customer requirements
