Technical Delivery & Senior Change Manager

Overview

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-driven leader to head the company's internal Change team, overseeing the delivery of complex technical projects while managing organizational change initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for requirements gathering, vendor / product onboarding, bespoke development, and solution deployment (on-premises and cloud).

This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and change management experience . You will drive project execution, ensure alignment with business objectives, and guide the organization through technology-driven transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Delivery Leadership : Develop and implement strategic delivery plans aligned with organizational goals, lead end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and completion), manage resources across multiple projects to optimize efficiency, ensure technical solutions meet QA standards, identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Change Management : Design and implement change management strategies for technology adoption, engage stakeholders at all levels to communicate vision, gather feedback, address concerns, oversee training, communications, and support to ensure smooth transitions, define and track KPIs, build and mentor cross-functional teams, provide coaching and career development opportunities, conduct performance reviews, report progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership, manage relationships with internal stakeholders and oversee vendor / third-party engagements for contractual compliance and value delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical project and change management, including 5+ years in leadership roles; strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and IT infrastructure .
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience within Financial Services or other regulated industries .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PROSCI, Agile / Scrum Master ).
  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.

  • Skilled in documenting roadmaps and IT strategies, and engaging audiences through townhall presentations.
