Technical Delivery Manager

Position Summary : We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with extensive experience in designing and implementing Roaming & Network security solutions. The TDM will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of large, strategic, and complex data integration projects on behalf of our customers. They will work closely with the project manager, the implementation engineers and the development engineers to ensure a successful project delivery. The TDM is ultimately responsible for the Technical leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project for our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build Mobileum product expertise that allows for optimum deployments.
  • Build and Review the Solution Design (HLD / LLD / implementation guides)
  • Perform deployments as per the internally published methodologies within Mobileum.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address them. This involves conducting risk assessments, analyzing their potential impact on project objectives, and proactively implementing risk mitigation plans.
  • Report all issues to QE / Product team.
  • Communicate statuses to the Project Manager and Mobileum management stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues that have an impact to the Project Manager or Delivery Head.
  • Adherence to the planned activities and delivering the project with Quality as per the agreed timelines.
  • Guide the deployment engineers on product implementation, analyze and help fix issues.
  • Participate in the system audit, UAT, Launch readiness.
  • Post Product launch - KPI Reviews & monitoring and apply any corrections.
  • Work with team for transition of the completed projects to the Operations team.
  • Readiness to travel. Travelling time as per the needs of the project.
  • Provide product and other technical feedback to the Product team for Enhancements.

Skill Sets

  • Expertise with Baremetal Servers, Virtual or Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • Linux / Shell scripting – Basic knowledge of Linux and shell scripting. Perl / Python scripting knowledge preferred.
  • Database - Oracle / In Memory databases like Couchbase – Basic understanding of database is a must. Good knowledge on SQL. PL / SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Domain Knowledge – GSM / CAMEL / Diameter / 4G / 5G Protocol level knowledge required.
  • Communication skills – Candidate should have fluent verbal and written English and Arabic skills.
  • Tools – JIRA, MS Office

    • Work Experience : 15+ Years

    Educational Qualification : B.Sc or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering
