Job location : onsite in Riyadh

Role Overview

Responsible for the end‑to‑end platform delivery within a single strategic account, ensuring operational excellence, technical leadership, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong expertise in Linux (optional AIX), Windows Server, enterprise storage, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms, with additional value placed on experience with OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership & Delivery

Act as primary point of contact for platform services within the account, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with customer expectations

Oversee platform operations with focus on Linux systems administration, Windows Server, storage infrastructure (EMC, etc.), virtualization technologies (VMware), and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP)

Collaborate with delivery leads to identify and allocate technical resources for platform operations and initiatives

Continuously assess and improve platform delivery processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Participate in operational and steering committee meetings with account stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)

Strong hands‑on experience with Linux systems (e.g., Red Hat); AIX knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent
