GENERAL JOB SUMMARY :
Sales Employee for a luxury home-furnishing brand’s retail showroom in Riyadh City. The Sales
Employee is responsible for creating an outstanding, customer-centric experience by
understanding client needs, presenting products effectively, and meeting individual sales targets.
This role supports the showroom manager in day-to-day operations, helps maintain product
displays, and contributes to a positive team atmosphere.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and engage clients, assess their requirements, and recommend suitable furniture
and décor items.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on leads, and secure sales with favorable paymentterms.
Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to overallshowroom revenue.
Maintain showroom presentation standards—ensure products are displayed attractivelyand inventory levels are monitored.
Update CRM with client interactions, feedback, and sales data; assist in preparingweekly / monthly sales reports and KPIs.
Participate in showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities.Stay informed about product features, luxury market trends, and competitors’ offerings;share insights with the team.
