The HR Operations Specialist is a vital role responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR processes and services. This position ensures the accuracy and efficiency of all operational tasks, providing direct support to employees and contributing to a positive workplace experience.
Employee lifecycle management from Onboarding to offboarding
HRIS Management : the primary custodians of the Human Resources Information System.
Benefits Administration : Assist with the enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits.
Payroll Support.
Responding to HR-related inquiries and communicating basic information to affected parties as required.
Support the HR team in ensuring all operational processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience :
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Language Skills :
