Position Human Resources Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all HR operations, policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and internal regulations.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
Supervise payroll, benefits, and employee relations using HR systems such as Odoo or Jisr.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
Manage performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation structures.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce metrics.
Build a positive and motivating work environment aligned with company culture and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an engineering or consulting firm.
Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and GOSI requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in HR software and data-driven HR practices.
Leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
