Employee lifecycle management from Onboarding to off‑boarding
HRIS Management : the primary custodian of the Human Resources Information System
Benefits Administration : Assist with the enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits
Payroll Support
Responding to HR‑related inquiries and communicating basic information to affected parties as required
Support the HR team in ensuring all operational processes comply with company policies and legal regulations
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience :
A minimum of 2‑4 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
