HR Operations Specialist The HR Operations Specialist is a vital role responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of HR processes and services. This position ensures the accuracy and efficiency of all operational tasks, providing direct support to employees and contributing to a positive workplace experience.

Employee lifecycle management from Onboarding to off‑boarding

HRIS Management : the primary custodian of the Human Resources Information System

Benefits Administration : Assist with the enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits

Payroll Support

Responding to HR‑related inquiries and communicating basic information to affected parties as required

Support the HR team in ensuring all operational processes comply with company policies and legal regulations

Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience :

A minimum of 2‑4 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

Language Skills :

Flaunt in Arabic & English
