Responsibilities Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. Oversee corporate sales supervisors and their teams with day-to-day duties. Evaluate sales target progress and supervisors’ performances on a monthly basis. Report on regional sales results. Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales. Determine long- and short-term sales goals. Identify hiring needs, plan and execute training required for sales team. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Ensure stability of sales team and provide them with all required work tools and needs. Distribute leads for the sales team based on their target. Distribute the monthly target based on the area, industries & products. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions. Suggest new services / products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Identify and evaluate employee developmental needs through the use of available tools and reports.
