- Supervise, support, and follow up with the regional sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Logistics, Finance) for seamless operations.
- Conduct competitor market research and pricing analysis to inform sales strategy.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
- Generate reports and forecasts for leadership on sales performance and opportunities.
Job Specification :
