Regional Sales Manager – KSA

The candidates should have a driving license. Candidates based in KSA should only apply. Responsibilities : Reach the targets and goals set for your area. Possess detailed knowledge of products offered. Achieve customer targets & achievements (monthly & annually). Continually monitor and track customer orders, forecasts & confirmations. Announce, present, and educate the sales team on any new or upcoming products. Develop sales channels in the assigned territories. Develop key accounts marketing programs alongside the distribution team. Evaluate & supervise in-market investments such as listings, promotions, rentals, etc. Maintain and expand the customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Field supervision and updates on brand distribution and visibility. Extend our private label offerings to the assigned regions. Train new sales department hires in company processes and procedures. Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals. Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations.
