Overview

We’re looking for a Transport Refrigeration Sales Manager to lead our sales and operations team, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure timely parts delivery across our markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional & area sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee receivables and coordinate with finance for timely collections.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and support.
  • Manage team performance, training, and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems
