Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on mechanical products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
