Overview

The Key Account Manager will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business in Riyadh, by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. You will be responsible for driving business growth, market share, and profitability for the injectables / fillers portfolio across Saudi Arabia's key private clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers in Riyadh. This role requires a strong partnership-driven approach to managing strategic customers, ensuring superior client satisfaction, and delivering sustainable sales performance aligned with Sinclair Saudi Arabia's objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for our key accounts.
  • Strong sales execution, drive sell-in and sell-out performance through effective territory management and account planning.
  • Implement sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing and medical teams.
  • Ensure product availability and optimal stock levels through demand forecasting and collaboration with distributors.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and aesthetics partners.
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Implement corporate account plans and support business growth activities with selected major aesthetic accounts in line with business and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the MEA team in Dubai.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor key account strategies to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and retain key accounts in the aesthetic and dermatology segments.
  • Establish long-term relationships with physicians, clinic owners, and decision-makers.
  • Co-leading negotiations of high profile business projects.
  • Collaborate actively with customers and their clinics to bring the agreed plans to fruition leveraging the Sinclair teams (sales, commercial, marketing) and address potential issues jointly with the Sales manager.
  • Deliver market studies by analysing market research and identifying and predicting current and future customer trends. Propose new target areas to capture business growth in developing areas.
  • Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and aesthetic practitioners to promote scientific excellence and brand advocacy.

Profile Requirements and Competencies

  • Key Account Manager with proven record developing new and existing markets and growth within a similar industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics sales, with at least 3 years managing injectables / fillers or aesthetic devices.
  • Experience of working within the Aesthetics sector is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Goal and results oriented with strong business, analytical and commercial acumen related to sales levers, creation of value proposition, KPI's and achieving targets.
  • Strong medical aesthetics professional network, ability to plan and execute events compliantly and to a high quality.
  • Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems required.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
