We're Aajil, backed by leading regional VCs and operating at the heart of Saudi Arabia's $50B+ SME market. We've processed hundreds of millions in trade across thousands of clients and vendors. We've revolutionized BNPL timelines from months to hours for industrial supply chains : construction, manufacturing, and trading companies that build the Kingdom. Now we're scaling fast. And we need someone to lead the engine that drives it all :
Sales .
The Role As Sales Manager, you'll build and lead the frontline team that brings Aajil's solutions to the SMEs powering Vision 2030. You'll manage both SDRs and Account Executives, driving the full sales motion from first touch to signed deal and beyond. This isn't just about hitting numbers. It's about
being the voice of the customer
inside Aajil. You'll operationalize customer insights across Product, Credit, RevOps, and the Executive team, shaping how we serve the market.
What You'll Own : Sales Execution :
Lead monthly targets, weekly forecasts, pipeline reviews, and the daily rhythm that keeps your team sharp and deals moving
Team Performance :
Coach SDRs and AEs to excellence through diagnostic reviews, 1 : 1s, structured skill development, and creating a culture of continuous improvement
Operational Rigor :
Enforce CRM discipline, deal progression hygiene, and the processes that make revenue predictable and scalable
Customer Voice :
Own the feedback loop from prospects, clients, and lost deals. Synthesize insights that drive product roadmap, credit policy, and go-to-market strategy
Cross-Functional Impact :
Partner with Marketing on messaging and lead quality, RevOps on process optimization, Credit on deal acceleration, and Finance on forecasting accuracy
What You Bring Essential Experience :
5–8 years in B2B FinTech sales, ideally BNPL, SME lending, or payments
Proven track record leading both SDR and AE teams in a structured, metrics-driven environment
History of consistently hitting revenue targets while scaling teams
Strong command of modern sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or equivalent)
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
The X-Factors :
You've sold in Saudi or GCC markets and understand SME credit dynamics
You're customer-obsessed but commercially sharp. You know how to balance growth with credit discipline
You're equally comfortable in the weeds (deal reviews, CRM audits) and at altitude (quarterly strategy, exec updates)
You see coaching as leadership, not a checkbox
You turn data into decisions, fast
What Success Looks Like First 90 Days :
Build and run the daily / weekly team cadence that becomes the heartbeat of Sales
Establish pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy the exec team can rely on
Improve SDR-to-AE conversion rates through better coaching and process
Embed customer feedback loops into cross-functional planning
First 6 Months :
Consistently exceed monthly revenue targets with a healthy, motivated team
Pipeline coverage and CRM hygiene become a non-issue
Your customer insights are cited in Board meetings and product roadmaps
You've identified and developed your future AE leaders from within
Why This Role Matters Saudi Arabia's SME sector is the backbone of Vision 2030. These businesses (contractors, manufacturers, traders) need capital to grow, but traditional credit is slow and bureaucratic. Aajil is changing that. As Sales Manager, you're not just closing deals. You're
enabling growth for the companies building the Kingdom.
Every deal you close puts materials on job sites faster, keeps supply chains moving, and helps SMEs scale. This is high-impact work. And we need someone who sees it that way.
P.S. We've already compressed deal timelines from months to hours in one of the world's most complex markets. If you believe great sales leadership can 10x that impact, we should talk.
