Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent client relationships while seeking new opportunities. Responsibilities
Executing sales department strategy. Acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, aligning with internal teams. Achieving sales targets in line with overall financial objectives. Contributing to sales growth and constantly looking for new opportunities. Feeding future market trends back to the sales manager. Contacting potential clients and scheduling sales visits. Consolidating and presenting proposals as well as undertaking pre‑sales activities. Assisting Sales Manager in meetings and events. Constantly updating the sales pipeline. Closing and following up on each opportunity. Providing competitor analysis and benchmarks to the Sales Manager on a regular basis. Receiving and handling client feedback and complaints, ensuring customers are satisfied and their needs are properly addressed. Coordinating payment collections with Finance and collection teams. Performing other related duties assigned by the line manager. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a specialization in Business Administration). 3‑5 years of sales experience (preferably within the logistics field). Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics. Willingness to travel. Exceptional closing skills. Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
