Regional Sales Manager . Overview
The role focuses on driving business growth, expanding the customer base, and leading regional sales efforts in the Saudi Arabian market for SVS’s IT and security systems solutions. Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy : Identify, develop, and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand SVS customer base. Research new market trends, competitors, and client needs to inform growth strategy. Drive go-to-market initiatives for new products, services, or solutions. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Generate new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and industry events. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; nurture leads through the full sales cycle. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and conversion strategies. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with Procurement / finance. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Stakeholder Management & Partnerships : Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, including resellers, channels, or alliances. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth initiatives. Reporting & CRM : Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in Zoho CRM. Deliver regular reports and forecasts on pipeline health, revenue, and KPI performance. Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the physical security systems industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of KSA ELV & Security systems market.
