HR SPECILIST (LEAVE OFFICER)

الوصف الوظيفيImplement policies and procedures for leaves (annual, sick, emergency), promotions, secondments, and end of service, recording all employee movements according to regulations. Prepare documents and reports on employee leave, provide recommendations, store data in the database following policies. Update employee information and vacations in the database. Handle requests and inquiries regarding employee vacations professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Prolonged computer use. Internal relations within the company. Coordination with the Human Resources Department Director. Collaboration with other department directors. Leadership and supervision skills. Effective communication and report preparation skills. Decision-making and responsibility-taking abilities. Knowledge of policies and procedures. University degree or experience in Human Resources Management or Administrative Affairs; a specialized HR certificate is preferable.
