الوصف الوظيفيConduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors. Organize periodic safety training and toolbox talks for staff. Promote awareness of fire safety, first aid, chemical handling, and emergency procedures. Maintain HSE records, including inspection reports, MSDS, incident logs, and permits. Ensure compliance with local environmental, occupational health, and safety laws. Support implementation of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or other HSE standards if applicable. Monitor waste disposal, emissions, noise, and other environmental impacts. Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous materials (chemicals, fuels, etc.). Promote sustainability and energy conservation practices. Develop and regularly test emergency response plans (fire drills, evacuation procedures, etc.). Coordinate with external agencies for fire safety and medical support when needed. Maintain firefighting and first aid equipment in working condition. Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure integrated safety practices. Report unsafe conditions and support the implementation of engineering or administrative controls. Prepare monthly HSE reports and present findings to management. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in a foundry, manufacturing, or heavy industry. Knowledge of national HSE laws and standards. HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred. Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation. Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills. First Aid and Fire Safety training certification is a plus.

- Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure availability and proper use of PPE and safety gear across the facility.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
