Job Objective :
- Supervise the management of human resources operations related to Social Insurance, Madad platform, Daleel Platform, and contribute to achieving the company’s goals.
Functional Tasks and Duties :
Implement policies and procedures for leaves (annual, sick, emergency), promotions, secondments, and end of service, recording all employee movements according to regulations.Prepare documents and reports on employee leave, provide recommendations, store data in the database following policies.Update employee information and vacations in the database.Handle requests and inquiries regarding employee vacations professionally and escalate issues when necessary.Job-specific Working Conditions :
Prolonged computer use.Functional Relationships :
Internal relations within the company.Coordination with the Human Resources Department Director.Collaboration with other department directors.Job Specifications :
