Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution :
Lead the execution of the sales strategy for the Traditional Trade channel across assigned regions to meet company objectives. Team Leadership :
Supervise, develop, and support area managers and sales supervisors to drive performance and achieve sales targets. Target Achievement :
Monitor and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all TT accounts. Market Development :
Identify growth opportunities, expand market coverage, and improve product availability and visibility in the traditional trade sector. Customer Management :
Build strong relationships with key wholesalers, retailers, and distributors to strengthen brand presence and loyalty. Market Insights :
Conduct market analysis and field visits to gather insights and implement action plans based on market conditions. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient operations and alignment. Reporting :
Provide regular reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in sales management, preferably in the
FMCG
industry and Traditional Trade channel. Proven track record in managing regional sales operations and delivering consistent growth. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). High diploma or above (bachelor’s degree is a plus)
