Electrical Sales Engineer LV MV & Busduct Systems
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge in Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), and Busbar trunking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, handling client relationships, and offering technical-commercial solutions in line with company offerings
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell LV / MV switchgear panels (MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, RMUs, etc.) and Busbar trunking systems to EPC contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in regional power projects, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with the design, estimation, and project teams to prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and technical submittals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close deals while maintaining target margins.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade missions to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales of LV / MV switchgear and busbar systems.Solid understanding of electrical products, power distribution systems, and relevant international standards.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with products from major manufacturers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic design reading (AutoCAD).Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.Preferred Qualifications
Background in a switchgear manufacturing environment or industrial project sales.Existing network of consultants, contractors, and utility clients in the Middle East region.Knowledge of busbar trunking systems.Seniority Level
