Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
