Looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to join our team for a project-based role in Riyadh
Position Information

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first level support to end-users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate unresolved issues when necessary
- Assist in the Installation and configuration of IT systems
Required Qualifications :
1 – 2 years of relevant IT support / help desk experienceGood understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting techniquesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in a project environmentGreat organizational & Time managementEducation / Certification :
